Risotto Prawn & Curry

 

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (90%), vegetable extract,prawn( 2,5%), onion, garlic,curry,parsley ( dehydrated product), 
Instructions: Pour the “ risotto” in a large frying pan with a little olive oil, and stirfry it brown for one minute on low heat,mixing constantly. Pour half glass of water ( or white wine) in the pan and let  it evaporate. Pour other 700ml of hot water little by little and let it dry completely out ( 15min). Add salt to taste. Add a knob of butter and 50g of Parmesan and stir well for one minute
